The challenge
A single negotiation can contain multiple states, pricing values, outcomes, items and system events. The challenge was to show enough information for buyers to understand what happened without overwhelming them with data.
Who I designed for
Two roles rely on the interface, each asking a different question
What is happening and which case needs me now.
Oversees performance
How negotiations perform across suppliers and brands.
I structured the experience around a scannable overview and a detailed view, so buyers can monitor negotiations quickly and dig into a single case when needed

The detail view brings together results, pricing, items, messages and system events, giving buyers the full context of a negotiation in one place.

Designing beyond the happy path
Real-world negotiations don’t always go as planned. I designed clear, consistent states so teams always know what’s happening and what to do next
Growing into a procurement workspace
As BuyersBot evolved, the admin interface expanded beyond individual negotiations into a broader procurement workspace. I extended the same design logic across new features while keeping the experience consistent as it grew.

The Outcome
The admin experience brings complex negotiation data into one clear, scalable workspace
Clearer overview
Key negotiation information is visible at a glance
Better context
See pricing, items, outcomes and system events in one place
Built to scale
The same structure now serves brands like Škoda, SEAT and Lamborghini, and demand keeps growing
